CENTURY SPRING CORP. ISO REGISTRATION
What is ISO 9001:2008 anyway?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) created a series of quality management standards, originally for manufacturing companies, that have since been adopted by organizations around the world in many fields. The standards, though voluntary, subject a company to a rigorous audit and accreditation process administered by a licensed certification body, such as NSF International Strategic Registrations.
In order to pass the ISO standards audit, a company must demonstrate excellence in 8 quality management principles:
- Customer Focus
- Involvement of People
- Process Approach
- System Approach to Management
- Continual Improvement
- Factual Approach to Decision-Making
- Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships
While Century Spring Corp. believes in holding the members of our industry to a standard level of quality, we continually strive to go above and beyond the standards, to achieve precision-engineered products and excellent customer service!
